Leaders of an Organization Come into the Light through the Following Relationships

Within the family, church or government, leaders can shine light into darkness with help from 7 sources of light:
  1. Chaplains
  2. Counselors
  3. Coaches
  4. Conciliators (Peacemakers)
  5. Council Members (Board of Directors)
  6. Consultants
  7. Corporate Prayer Teams
To shine light into darkness, churches must equip Consultants, Conciliators, Council Members (for boards of for-profit and not-for-profit entities), Chaplains, and Coaches to apply a Biblical and prayerful process. Ideally, such people should participate in regular prayer meetings at each organization that seeks to respond to sin with virtue.

* For more information about developing a Christian board of directors, email Larry@BoardroomPerformanceGroup.com to ask about the Christian Director Certification.

John 3:19-21: This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

To learn more about how God shines light into darkness, see the book at www.ReflectingGod.info. Whereas many books on Christian business are filled with narrow stories and disjointed moralizing, this book explains 15 dimensions of Christian business in a way that can provisde a blueprint for all Christ-centered businesses. The book focus on the need for each business to have a council (board), corporate prayer meetings, counselors, and/or Christian chaplain that know God and know business well enough to shine light into darkness (summarized by the 7 deadly sins). Mature leaders should know how to identify and confront the 7 deadly sins while reflecting God’s light through the 7 virtues. The book explains how virtues are maintained through a healthy relationship with Christ and His bride.
